I hope this message finds you well. My name is Narges Mortazavi, and I am a PhD student at the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz. I am originally from Iran, and I am conducting my research in English. I am writing to invite you to participate in my PhD thesis study titled, “Investigating the Relationship Between Employee Engagement and Turnover Intention in the Accounting Profession: The Mediating Role of Responsible Leadership.”
This research aims to explore the factors that impact employee retention in the accounting profession, with a particular focus on the role of responsible leadership in mediating the relationship between employee engagement and turnover intention. The findings of this study will provide valuable insights into the specific challenges faced by accountants and offer practical implications for enhancing engagement and reducing turnover in this critical profession.
