With a network of 25 autonomous regional branches, SKwP operates as a <strong>voluntary membership organization<\/strong>. Its members include both individuals (ordinary members) and companies (supporting members).<\/p>\n<p>Established in 1907, SKwP is dedicated to advancing education in accounting and upholding a high standard of professional competence and ethical conduct among its members.<\/p>\n<p>The primary objectives of the Association encompass:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>providing educational initiatives to prepare individuals for the accounting profession, promoting professional standards,<\/li>\n<li>fostering good practices and ethical principles within the accounting community,<\/li>\n<li>operating with a commitment to the public interest, and<\/li>\n<li>organizing and conducting educational courses and training for individuals seeking to acquire professional accounting competencies or enhance existing skills. SKwP grants professional certificates across four distinct levels of professional competency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A dedicated team of experts within SKwP is responsible for formulating legal opinions on legal acts put forth by the government.<\/p>\n<p>The Association publishes a monthly industry magazine, &#8222;Accountancy,&#8221; available in both print and online formats.<\/p>\n<p>The structure of SKwP includes a Scientific Council responsible for initiating and conducting research in the realms of science and practice, particularly in accounting and finance.
